The factory exhaust on the W205 C300 is designed around refinement and compliance, leaving significant flow and character on the table. Our cat-back system is engineered to unlock the car’s hidden personality while maintaining everyday usability. We run a full 3.0-inch mandrel-bent main pipe from the front connection all the way through the system, eliminating restrictive sections found in the OEM layout. The larger, constant-diameter flow path reduces backpressure, improves exhaust velocity, and allows the turbocharged four-cylinder to breathe freely, especially in the mid-range where the car spends most of its time.
At the rear, the system splits into a dual-exit configuration feeding electronically actuated mufflers, giving you full control over the exhaust character. With the valves closed, exhaust gases are routed through the internal chambers to keep volume restrained and cruising smooth. Visually, the system is finished with quad 4.5-inch tips, designed to properly fill the rear diffuser and give the W205 a wider, more performance-oriented stance. Tip finishes include chrome, burnt, black, or carbon fiber to match the vehicle’s aesthetic. Installation is fully bolt-on, utilizing factory mounting points with no cutting or welding required.
