Lamborghini Revuelto VANTA Edition F1 Exhaust Build — Yonristic Performance

Lamborghini Revuelto VANTA Edition F1 Exhaust Build — Yonristic Performance Yonristic Performance

BUILD FEATURE / 2024+ LAMBORGHINI REVUELTO

A complete engineering teardown of the Yonristic VANTA Edition F1 Full Exhaust System — extended X-pipe architecture, equal-length headers with gold heat shielding, and true plug-and-play factory valve integration with zero check-engine lights.

The Build: Lamborghini Revuelto VANTA Edition F1 Exhaust

The Lamborghini Revuelto is one of the most advanced hybrid supercars ever built. A 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 paired with three electric motors, mounted on a full carbon fiber monofuselage, making over 1,000 combined horsepower. But spend any time behind the wheel and the same thought keeps coming back: with all that engineering, the factory exhaust is still holding the V12 back from its true voice.

That was the brief we set ourselves when we started developing the Yonristic VANTA Edition F1 Full Exhaust System for the Revuelto. Not a louder muffler. Not a bolt-on tip kit. A complete re-architecting of how the V12 breathes and sings — engineered to turn the Revuelto into a Formula 1–tier acoustic experience, without forcing the owner to choose between sound and daily usability.

Four Engineering Decisions That Set This Build Apart

Most aftermarket exhaust systems compete on sound alone. The Yonristic VANTA Edition was developed around four specific engineering choices — the same four points we highlight to every Revuelto owner before they sign off on a build:

01 / GOLD-SHIELDED EQUAL-LENGTH HEADERS

Pulse Synchronization, Thermally Managed.

The Yonristic F1 Race Headers are built around a true equal-length primary runner layout. Every exhaust pulse from each cylinder travels an identical distance before merging into the 2-into-1 F1-style collector. This equal timing is what removes the muddled mid-range frequency overlap you hear on most aftermarket systems, and it's why the Revuelto finally sounds coherent all the way to 9,500 RPM.

In the Revuelto's tightly packaged hybrid engine bay, heat is the enemy. Battery modules, inverters, wiring looms and carbon body panels all sit close to the header runners. To protect them, every primary on our headers is fully wrapped in our high-temperature gold heat-resistant shielding. It reflects radiant heat back toward the flow path, keeps engine bay temps down, prevents heat soak under track load, and extends the life of everything around it.

02 / EXTENDED X-PIPE ARCHITECTURE

This Is Where the F1 Sound Actually Comes From.

The defining component of the VANTA Edition catback is the extended X-pipe. Unlike a short crossover that simply dumps both banks together, our extended X-pipe is tuned across a longer crossover section so exhaust pulses from each bank merge progressively instead of all at once. The result is a sharper, higher-frequency tone that keeps climbing with the rev range rather than flattening out at the top.

The entire catback is built as a one-piece construction. Fewer connection points means fewer restrictions, no leaks across the crossover, and a far more consistent acoustic signature regardless of engine load. Every internal transition is a precision-casted component, which keeps the flow laminar where most fabricated systems turn turbulent.

03 / SEAMLESS FACTORY VALVE INTEGRATION

100% Plug-and-Play. Dedicated Remote Available.

This is the feature most owners don't realize matters until they've lived with a different brand's system. The VANTA Edition valved muffler is 100% plug-and-play with the Revuelto's factory valve control system. That means no adapter harness, no clumsy switch on the dash, no workaround: your OEM drive modes still command the valves the way Lamborghini intended.

Put it in Strada and the valves close for a refined street drive. Flip to Sport or Corsa and they open for full V12 aggression. The car drives exactly like a factory Revuelto with the sound of a factory race car.

For drivers who want manual override, we also offer an optional remote valve control module. One click opens the valves to 100% at any RPM, regardless of drive mode — perfect for cold starts at a meet, canyon pulls, or when you simply want the car to scream on demand.

04 / ZERO CEL PACKAGE — NO TUNE REQUIRED

A Supercar Exhaust That Passes the Dash Test Every Morning.

On most high-flow Revuelto exhaust systems, the first thing an owner sees is an illuminated check engine light within a handful of drive cycles. The catalyst sensor disagrees with the new flow path, the ECU flags it, and the dealership visit becomes a permanent part of ownership. Worst case, the car drops into limp mode.

The VANTA Edition is engineered differently. Through our header design, primary sizing, and cat configuration options, our Zero CEL Package keeps the OBD system satisfied in every driving condition we've tested it in — without requiring an aftermarket tune. You keep your factory calibration, you keep your dealer service path, and the dash stays clean.

"The Revuelto's V12 deserves an F1-tier soundtrack. Our job was to deliver that without making the car harder to live with. No tune. No CEL. No compromises."

Engineering Deep Dive: How the System Actually Works

Extended X-Pipe Pulse Tuning

On a V12, the firing order creates a predictable pulse interval across both banks. A short crossover merges those pulses too abruptly and you lose top-end frequency. Our extended X-pipe is specifically length-tuned for the Revuelto's 6.5L L545 engine, letting the pulses from bank 1 and bank 2 meet at the crossover window that produces the cleanest high-pitch harmonic. This is the same principle that gives Formula 1 engines their signature scream — applied to a production V12.

Equal-Length 2-into-1 Collectors

Each bank of the V12 feeds a dedicated equal-length primary runner set. Every primary is the same length, which means every exhaust pulse from every cylinder arrives at the collector with identical timing. The collector itself is a precision casted 2-into-1 component — not a hand-rolled cone — so the internal geometry is repeatable, smooth, and free of the weld seams that usually create micro-turbulence at the merge point.

Casted V-Band Connections

Every connection point in the system uses precision-casted V-band flanges. Compared to traditional bolt flanges, V-bands give us three things: a truly leak-free seal under high thermal cycling, the ability to rotationally align the system on first fitment, and easier servicing if the car ever needs the system off for dyno or inspection work.

Hand TIG-Welded Assembly

Every Yonristic exhaust is assembled in Southern California using vacuum oxygen-free TIG welding. The tube-to-tube welds are back-purged with argon to prevent sugaring on the inside of the pipe — which would otherwise create flow-disrupting ridges and long-term corrosion points. Every weld is visually inspected and backed by our lifetime weld warranty.

Materials: 304 Stainless vs. Ti-6Al-4V Titanium

The VANTA Edition is offered in two material specifications. Our standard build uses AISI 304 stainless steel — the same alloy specified on most OEM motorsport exhaust systems, with excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability. Our premium build uses Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium, which cuts overall system weight by approximately 40% and adds a subtle brightness to the exhaust note that is impossible to replicate in steel. Grade 5 titanium is the same specification used in aerospace structural components and motorsport header fabrication.

Measured Performance Gains

The VANTA Edition was developed as an acoustic build first and a performance build second — but because the flow path is dramatically less restrictive than the OEM exhaust, the dyno numbers speak for themselves.

Configuration Power Gain Torque Gain Weight Savings
Catback only (304 Stainless) +20 to +30 HP +18 to +25 lb-ft Moderate
Catback + Free Flow Headers Higher Higher Increased
Full Titanium Build Same Same Up to ~40% lighter

Note on sound profile: numbers are only half the story. The real change is tonal. On factory exhaust the Revuelto produces a deep, muscular V12 note. After the VANTA Edition goes on, the car is genuinely closer to an old-spec Formula 1 car at full chat — sharper, higher in frequency, and with a clean linear build all the way to the 9,500 RPM redline.

Configurations: Build Your System

FAQ: Common Questions From Revuelto Owners

Will this trigger a check engine light or put my car in limp mode?

No. The VANTA Edition is engineered with our Zero CEL Package — correctly sized primaries, correctly positioned O2 provisions, and compatible cat configurations so the OBD system stays satisfied in normal driving conditions. No aftermarket tune is required.

Do I need to retune my Revuelto to run this exhaust?

No tune is required for standard installations. The factory calibration remains intact, so your dealer service path is unaffected. Owners chasing peak power gains can optionally pair the system with an aftermarket tune.

Will I lose the factory drive modes and valve behavior?

No. The VANTA Edition muffler is 100% plug-and-play with the Revuelto's factory valve control system. Strada, Sport, and Corsa still command the valves exactly the way Lamborghini intended.

What is the difference between the 304 stainless and Ti-6Al-4V titanium build?

Both builds share identical architecture and power gains. The titanium build is significantly lighter (approximately 40%), more thermally stable under sustained track use, and produces a subtly sharper and brighter exhaust note.

Is the installation reversible?

Yes. The system is a direct bolt-on with no cutting or welding. The factory exhaust can be reinstalled at any time.

Is the system street legal?

Yonristic exhaust systems are intended for off-road or track use unless explicitly stated. Please check your local emissions regulations before purchase. The Zero CEL Package addresses OBD behavior, not emissions certification.
