The first-generation Huracán is already a masterpiece, but its factory exhaust restrains the true voice of the 5.2-liter V10. This system is engineered to remove that limitation entirely—unlocking an unmistakable, high-revving, Formula-inspired sound while preserving precision, control, and daily usability.
At the heart of the design is a true 3.0-inch X-pipe layout, developed to balance exhaust pulse timing across both banks of the V10. The X-pipe blends pressure waves early and evenly, sharpening throttle response while refining harmonic clarity at high RPM. Compared to conventional straight or H-pipe systems, this configuration delivers a cleaner, higher-frequency pitch under load, with a smoother transition through the rev range and no muddy overlap between cylinders.
The system is fully valved, giving you complete authority over its character. With valves open, exhaust flow follows a near straight-through path from the collectors, across the X-pipe, and directly to the outlets—producing maximum volume, razor-sharp upshifts, and the iconic F1-style scream the Huracán V10 is known for. With valves closed, flow is routed through the internal muffling chambers to calm sound pressure and reduce cabin resonance, making the car perfectly livable for city driving and highway cruising.
This exhaust is designed as a single-piece, direct-fit assembly, modeled from precise underbody data to ensure flawless alignment with factory mounting points. All critical junctions, transitions, and valve housings are formed using cast components, allowing smoother internal geometry than welded junctions alone. The result is superior flow consistency, structural integrity, and long-term durability under extreme thermal load.
Valve operation supports both factory valve integration and an included remote valve control system, allowing seamless compatibility with OEM drive modes or independent control at the touch of a button.
Available in AISI 304 stainless steel for maximum durability and corrosion resistance, or Ti-6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium for significant weight reduction and an even more immediate, race-bred acoustic response. Every system is hand-built and TIG-welded, with meticulous attention to symmetry, finish, and thermal stability.
