Yes. Most of our systems include Yonristic’s active remote controlled valve system. This gives you full control of the sound. We also offer OEM valve compatibility upon request, although it does not allow 100% valve opening.
Yes. We offer limited customization options, including tip color (burnt, silver, black), layout (quad/duo/single), and certain layout adjustments (resonator delete, Y-pipe/X-pipe changes). Please contact us directly to confirm if your request is feasible before placing the order.
Most of our exhaust systems are available in both T304 stainless steel and aerospace grade titanium. Titanium systems are lighter and more aggressive in tone, while stainless options are more budget-friendly and still high-performing.
Our systems are designed to avoid triggering CEL when installed correctly. For systems with valve motor integration (e.g., AFM/NPP), make sure the factory module is seated properly. We recommend a relearn/reset via OBD2 after installation.
No tune is required for most Yonristic cat-back and axle back systems. However, for setups that include a downpipe or are part of a full high-flow configuration, a tune is recommended to maximize performance and avoid CEL.
Yes our systems are engineered to reduce backpressure and improve airflow, which enhances throttle response, horsepower, and sound. Gains vary by vehicle and setup.
Sound varies by model, engine type, and valve position. With the valve open, expect a deep, aggressive tone. With the valve closed, sound is significantly reduced for daily driving or late night startups. We do sound tuning for both presence and refinement.
Yes. If you want a more refined tone, we can offer additional resonators or recommend a resonated mid pipe. For louder setups, we can offer straight-pipe configurations or muffler deletes just let us know before ordering.
Our cat-back and axle back systems do not interfere with factory emissions equipment and are generally safe for installation. However, downpipes and other components that alter emissions may not be legal in all states. Please check local regulations before ordering.
Yes our cat-back systems are designed to be compatible with most aftermarket downpipes and Stage 1/2 tunes. Just let us know your setup so we can recommend the right mid-pipe or valve configuration.
In most cases, yes. However, some aftermarket diffusers require special exhaust tip adjustments or spacing. Please send us photos of your rear bumper or diffuser to confirm fitment.
Titanium systems require more precise welding, slower heat treatment, and finishing processessuch as blue-burn plating or polishing. Our craftsmen build these to order, which typically takes 20–28 business days depending on model.
In some cases, we offer expedited production for an added fee contact us with your vehicle and timeline for a quote. However, quality will never be compromised for speed.

All systems are foam-padded, wrapped in protective film, and packed securely in reinforced boxes to avoid damage in transit. Titanium systems are handled with extra care due to surface sensitivity.

No. Sound tone, resonance (drone), and volume perception are subjective and not covered under warranty unless a defect is proven in construction or valve functionality.
Yes. To process any approved return or exchange, the product must be securely repackaged using the original materials. Returns without proper packaging may be refused or incur additional damage fees.
Once a product has been installed or shows any signs of use, it is no longer eligible for return or refund — even if the system was used briefly or removed cleanly.

Yes. We offer installation at our partner shop in Stanton, CA. You can also have your local shop install the system all necessary hardware is included.
If your vehicle uses a valve motor (e.g., AFM or NPP), ensure the motor is mounted securely and aligned properly. After install, perform a relearn/reset using an OBD2 scanner or battery reset. If the motor still doesn’t respond, try swapping with the opposite side to test function, or contact us for support.
Most fitment issues are due to improper hanger alignment, over torqued clamps, or poor gasket positioning. Please ensure all exhaust hangers are aligned, the system is not under tension, and the clamps are snug but not overtightened. If the issue persists, consult a professional installer.
Some of our simpler axle back systems can be installed with basic tools on jack stands. However, we strongly recommend professional installation, especially for full systems with valve wiring or tight underbody clearance.
