The Yonristic Performance Catback Exhaust System for the Mercedes-AMG CLE53 is designed to replace the restrictive factory exhaust system with a high-performance architecture that improves exhaust flow and dramatically enhances the sound profile of the AMG inline-six engine.
At the core of the system is a true 3-inch midpipe design, significantly increasing exhaust flow capacity compared to the factory exhaust. The larger diameter piping allows exhaust gases to exit the engine more efficiently, reducing backpressure while improving throttle response and overall engine efficiency. This design not only improves performance but also produces a deeper, fuller exhaust note that better reflects the performance character of the CLE53.
The system incorporates a fully valved muffler design, allowing the exhaust to adapt between quiet refinement and aggressive performance sound. When the valves are closed, exhaust gases are routed through the internal muffler chambers, producing a more subdued tone ideal for daily driving and highway cruising.
