Warranty Coverage

All Yonristic Performance exhaust systems are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship. This warranty is provided to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It covers structural failures, defective welds, and improper assembly under normal driving conditions when installed correctly by a professional or qualified technician.

However, the warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, racing or track use, accidents, over-tightening of clamps, off-road conditions, or collision impact. Additionally, surface discoloration, heat tinting, or burnt-tip fading, particularly on titanium components, is considered a natural result of exposure to high temperatures and is not covered under warranty.

If the product was installed incorrectly or damaged during installation, we reserve the right to deny the claim. Always consult a professional if unsure about the fitment process.

 


 

Return Policy

At Yonristic Performance, we are committed to customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of high-performance automotive products and the made-to-order nature of many of our systems, we have strict return policies in place. Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery for unused, uninstalled, and non-customized items. To qualify, the product must be in its original, factory-new condition, with all components, hardware, documentation, and packaging fully intact. Products that show any signs of installation, cosmetic wear, tampering, or missing parts will not be accepted for return.

Custom and made-to-order exhaust systems are non-refundable and non-returnable, without exception. These systems are built specifically for each customer’s vehicle specifications and exhaust preferences. For this reason, we highly encourage customers to confirm all fitment details, model configurations, and exhaust layout preferences before finalizing an order. Used products — including those that have been test-fitted or briefly installed — are also not eligible for return or refund.

 


 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that a product arrives damaged or is not the item you ordered, we will work swiftly to resolve the issue. However, to do so, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The responsibility is on the customer to inspect all shipments upon arrival, even if the item is not being installed immediately.

To file a claim, we require clear photographic proof of the following:

  1. The damage or defect itself, clearly visible

  2. The exterior and interior packaging showing how the item was packed

  3. Photos of the installed product, if installation has already occurred

  4. The serial number or label found on the product, if applicable

Failure to provide adequate documentation within the 48-hour window may void the claim, and damaged or incorrect products that are installed without approval are no longer eligible for exchange or refund. If the claim is validated, we will either replace the item or provide a return label and issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.

 


 

Restocking Fee

For returns that are approved and meet all eligibility requirements, restocking fees apply to offset labor, materials, and logistics involved in order fulfillment and inspection. The following structure applies to unused, non-customized product returns:

  • If the return is received within 45 days of delivery: a 40% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

  • If received between 46 and 90 days: a 60% restocking fee applies

  • If more than 90 days have passed since delivery: returns are not accepted

We reserve the right to reject returns if the returned item fails our inspection or if the product appears used, modified, or improperly packaged.

 


 

Sound and Tone Disclaimer

Sound perception is inherently subjective and varies based on vehicle type, engine configuration, driving conditions, and personal preference. Therefore, our warranty does not cover issues related to sound tone, volume level, resonance (drone), or exhaust note changes. These elements are part of the system’s character and may evolve slightly over time with heat cycling and use.

Only in cases where a proven internal failure, such as a faulty valve mechanism or broken resonator chamber, is discovered will we consider warranty intervention related to sound.

 


 

Return Packaging Requirements

For any return or exchange that we authorize, the product must be returned in its original packaging, including all foam inserts, protective wraps, hardware kits, and instructions. This is to ensure the item arrives back in resellable condition and is not damaged in transit. Products returned without original packaging or with poor repackaging may be subject to additional damage fees or may be refused entirely.

We strongly advise retaining the original box and all packing materials until you have fully installed and verified the exhaust system.

 


 

Installed Product Return Policy

Once a product has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return or refund. This includes partial installation, test-fitting, or any situation where hardware has been fastened or the product has made contact with the vehicle. Even if the system is removed and appears to be in new condition, it is considered used and cannot be resold. This policy ensures the integrity, safety, and quality of all Yonristic Performance products sold to future customers.

 


 

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a verified error on our part — such as receiving the wrong product — original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable. In cases where a return is approved due to our mistake, we will provide a prepaid return label. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item to the return address provided during the claims process.
