At the center of the system is the AURUM FLOW CORE™, a proprietary convergence module produced using advanced aerospace-grade 3D printing technology. This process allows for complex internal geometries that cannot be achieved through conventional fabrication, enabling exhaust gases from both banks to be guided, aligned, and equalized through carefully shaped flow paths rather than abrupt collision. The result is reduced turbulence, improved scavenging efficiency, and a sound profile that remains stable as engine speed and load increase. To further enhance consistency under extreme operating conditions, the core is treated with a gold heat-resistant carbon-ceramic coating, selected for its ability to withstand sustained high temperatures while maintaining predictable acoustic behavior over repeated heat cycles.
