The system follows a 2-into-1 F1-style collector design, where each bank merges into a single optimized collector. To handle the extreme thermal environment of the Revuelto’s V12 hybrid platform, the headers are fully wrapped in our advanced gold heat-resistant shielding. Heat management is especially important on the Revuelto because of the tightly packaged rear engine layout and the high operating temperatures generated by the V12.

This updated package also includes our OBD2 CEL eliminator plug-in, designed to help prevent header-related check engine light issues when properly installed. Whether you select the Free Flow Headers for maximum sound and flow, or the 200-cell High Flow Headers for a more balanced configuration, the included OBD2 plug makes the package more complete and installation-friendly.

The system uses casted V-band connections for secure sealing, precise alignment, and easier installation. Compared with traditional flange-based connections, V-band construction improves serviceability while helping maintain a cleaner, leak-resistant connection under repeated heat cycles.
