The VANTA GOLD EVO is developed around the demands of the BMW S58 platform: increased exhaust flow for higher-output builds, precise sound control under load, and an exotic exhaust character that remains clear as engine speed rises.
The original VANTA GOLD established our signature combination of equal-length routing and AURUM FLOW CORE™ technology. EVO carries that foundation into a larger-diameter system with a revised acoustic layout, giving owners a distinct alternative within the VANTA GOLD family.
Its character is slightly deeper and smoother, with particular attention paid to the metallic rasp that can become more pronounced when the S58 is paired with higher-flow downpipes.
Full Dual 3-Inch Architecture. EVO increases the main exhaust tubing from the original VANTA GOLD’s 2.75-inch configuration to a dual 3-inch layout. The AURUM FLOW CORE™ is also enlarged to match, carrying the increased passage size through the system’s central convergence section.
This coordinated design provides additional flow capacity for exhaust gases leaving the turbochargers, making EVO particularly suited to owners pursuing higher power levels. The larger tubing and matching core are developed together to support the demands of a modified S58 while preserving the sound character of the VANTA GOLD architecture.
Equal-Length Design + AURUM FLOW CORE™. The equal-length routing remains a defining part of EVO’s design. Working with our proprietary AURUM FLOW CORE™, it shapes the interaction between the two exhaust streams and helps create the smooth, exotic progression associated with the VANTA GOLD series.
The core uses precision 3D printing to create sculpted internal passages that guide exhaust flow through the convergence section. For EVO, this architecture is expanded to a 3-inch format, retaining the original design philosophy while accommodating the larger piping.
Together, the equal-length layout and enlarged core provide the foundation for EVO’s sound: composed at lower engine speeds, increasingly expressive through the midrange, and crisp as the S58 approaches the upper rev range.
Signature Gold Ceramic Coating. The AURUM FLOW CORE™ receives our signature gold ceramic treatment, giving the system its recognizable VANTA GOLD centerpiece.
The heat-resistant ceramic finish helps manage radiant heat around the coated module while resisting heat-related discoloration. Its application is concentrated on the core, combining a functional finish with the visual identity of the VANTA GOLD series.
Dual Resonators for Low-RPM Rasp Control. One of EVO’s primary development targets is the harsh, metallic sound that can occur around 1,500–2,200 RPM under load, particularly when the vehicle is equipped with free-flow downpipes.
Two integrated resonators work with the equal-length routing, enlarged AURUM FLOW CORE™, and rear crossover to suppress unwanted frequencies. Their role is acoustic control: smoothing the exhaust note while retaining the increased flow capacity of the larger system.
This coordinated layout is engineered to address the raw, abrasive edge of the S58 at low engine speeds and high torque, helping maintain a cleaner sound as the engine moves through the rev range.
Redesigned X-Pipe Axle-Back. The EVO rear section introduces an X-pipe paired with smaller mufflers, changing both the packaging and the sound of the axle-back assembly.
With the valves closed, the crossover and mufflers work together to reduce volume while preserving an exotic tonal character. The system remains expressive in its quieter setting, with a smoother sound that complements the refinement of the resonated midsection.
With the valves open, EVO reveals its full exhaust character, delivering a stronger, more direct sound that builds toward the high-pitched upper-RPM voice of the VANTA GOLD family.
The compact muffler layout also reduces rear-section bulk and contributes to the design’s weight-reduction goals.
A Different Expression of VANTA GOLD. The original VANTA GOLD emphasizes a sharper, more raw presentation for enthusiasts who want the most intense expression of our signature S58 sound.
EVO retains that recognizable character with a slightly lower pitch, a fuller tone, and smoother delivery under load. Its combination of larger piping, dual resonators, and a redesigned rear crossover suits owners seeking additional flow capacity alongside greater acoustic refinement.
Remote Valve Control + Factory Integration. Every VANTA GOLD EVO system includes the Yonristic remote valve-control setup as standard, giving the driver direct control over valve position and exhaust volume.
For owners who prefer factory operation, the system supports direct transfer of the original BMW valve actuators. This allows the exhaust to operate according to the vehicle’s factory valve programming.
The same exhaust assembly supports either configuration. Remote control provides direct command of the valves, while OEM actuator integration retains factory control logic. These are alternative operating setups.
Downpipe Compatibility. VANTA GOLD EVO can be paired with matching free-flow, 200-cell, or 400-cell downpipes.
The dual-resonator layout is developed to control the additional harshness that higher-flow downpipe configurations can introduce, while the larger main piping and enlarged core provide additional exhaust-flow capacity. Downpipe selection allows owners to tailor the complete setup to their preferred sound and performance goals.
Premium Material Options. Choose AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, or Ti-6Al-4V titanium for a build that places greater emphasis on reducing weight.
Both material configurations retain the EVO’s equal-length architecture, enlarged AURUM FLOW CORE™, integrated resonators, and redesigned valved rear section.
4.5-Inch Quad Exhaust Tips. Four 4.5-inch tips give the EVO a fuller, more assertive appearance at the rear diffuser, stepping up from the approximately 4-inch factory tips.
Available finishes include satin silver/chrome, satin black, and carbon fiber, allowing the system to complement a clean factory-inspired appearance or a more aggressive build.
Direct Bolt-On Installation. Developed specifically for the G80 M3 and G82 M4, the system follows the vehicle’s chassis layout and factory mounting locations for straightforward installation.
Vehicle-specific routing and mounting points support proper alignment and tip positioning, with no cutting or welding required during a standard installation.
